When to build a document bundle
Sending papers to a client or an office means the same errand every time: gather the registration, the bank details and the ID, cover the numbers, seal it, join it up. Done a tool at a time that is four uploads and four downloads.
This does all four in one pass. Add the files, tick what you need, press the button.
How to use it
- 1Upload everything you're sending. PDFs and photos can be mixed.
- 2Put them in order with the arrows.
- 3Switch on covering and scan clean-up as needed, and add a seal image if you have one.
- 4Build it, and one PDF comes back.
Common questions
- What does automatic covering look for?
- Text shaped like an ID number, a business registration, a bank account, a card number, a phone number or an e-mail. Those spots are painted out and the text deleted. Scans hold no text to find, so cover those by hand in the redaction tool.
- What if it covers a figure it shouldn't?
- That can happen — open the finished file and check. If it worries you, switch covering off here and work through the redaction tool instead, where each box is yours to approve.
- Where does the seal land?
- Bottom right, beside where a signature would go. The first page by default, or every page if you tick it. For a chosen position, use the seal tool.
