When to duplicate PDF pages
You might need several copies of the same form bound together, or a divider sheet repeated through a document. Merging the same file over and over is the slow way to do it.
This tool inserts a copy of each page you pick directly after it.
How to use it
- 1Upload the PDF.
- 2Click the pages you want duplicated in the preview. You can pick several.
- 3Press "Duplicate n selected pages".
- 4Open the result and check the copies landed where you expected.
Common questions
- Where does the copy go?
- Immediately after the page you picked. Select page 3 and you end up with 3, 3, 4.
- Can I make three or four copies at once?
- Each run adds one copy. For more, upload the result and repeat.
- Can I edit the copies separately?
- Not here. If the copies need different content, build them separately and combine them with Merge PDF.
- Does the file size double?
- Not nearly. The duplicate references the same underlying content, so the file grows far less than the page count suggests.
