When to add an e-signature
One signature turns into printing, signing, scanning, and emailing it back. That cycle wastes paper and an afternoon.
This tool lets you draw a signature on screen, or upload one as a PNG, and place it exactly where it belongs on the page.
How to use it
- 1Upload the PDF you need to sign.
- 2Draw your signature on the pad, or upload a PNG with a transparent background.
- 3Pick the page, then click the spot in the preview where it should go.
- 4Press "Add signature and download" and check the placement.
Common questions
- Is this a legally binding e-signature?
- No. It places a signature image into the document; it isn't a certificate-based digital signature. For contracts with legal requirements, use a proper e-signature service.
- Can I sign several pages at once?
- One page per run. If you need signatures in several places, upload the result and repeat.
- My signature has a white box around it.
- The PNG you uploaded doesn't have a transparent background. Use one that does, or draw directly on the signature pad instead.
- Is my signature sent anywhere?
- No. Both the signature image and the document are handled entirely inside your browser.
