When to add an e-signature

One signature turns into printing, signing, scanning, and emailing it back. That cycle wastes paper and an afternoon.

This tool lets you draw a signature on screen, or upload one as a PNG, and place it exactly where it belongs on the page.

How to use it

  1. 1Upload the PDF you need to sign.
  2. 2Draw your signature on the pad, or upload a PNG with a transparent background.
  3. 3Pick the page, then click the spot in the preview where it should go.
  4. 4Press "Add signature and download" and check the placement.

Common questions

Is this a legally binding e-signature?
No. It places a signature image into the document; it isn't a certificate-based digital signature. For contracts with legal requirements, use a proper e-signature service.
Can I sign several pages at once?
One page per run. If you need signatures in several places, upload the result and repeat.
My signature has a white box around it.
The PNG you uploaded doesn't have a transparent background. Use one that does, or draw directly on the signature pad instead.
Is my signature sent anywhere?
No. Both the signature image and the document are handled entirely inside your browser.
