When to use a seal or a seam seal
In Korea a document is finished with a seal, not a signature. To seal a contract that arrived as a PDF, the usual route is print, stamp, scan — two round trips for one page.
This places a seal image directly onto the PDF. For a multi-page contract it can also press the seal across every page seam. The seal image never leaves your browser.
How to use it

- 2Choose your seal image. A PNG with no background looks cleanest.
- 3For a single stamp, click the spot on the preview. Seam sealing covers every page boundary automatically.

Common questions
- What is a seam seal?
- You stack the pages of a contract and press one seal across the boundary, so each page carries half an impression. Swap a page out later and the halves no longer meet — the tampering is visible at a glance.
- How do I make a seal image?
- Press the seal onto white paper and photograph it square-on in good light. Cutting the background out as a PNG looks better; leave it as a photo and a paper-coloured rectangle lands on the page with it.
- Is this legally binding?
- That depends on the document and the counterparty. This tool places an image; it is not a certified seal registration or a digital signature certificate. For a contract where legal weight matters, ask the other side what form they require.
- Does the seal image go to a server?
- No. Both the PDF and the seal image are used inside your browser only. The image file itself is sensitive, though — don't leave it on a shared computer.
- I stamped in the wrong place.
- Discard the result and start again from the original, which is untouched. There is no way to remove a seal that has already been drawn in.
