When to turn JPGs into a PDF
Receipts from your phone, a copy of an ID, a handwritten note — for many forms, a PDF is easier to accept than a pile of photo files. “Please send it as a PDF” is a familiar ask.

How to use it

Common questions
- Are my photos uploaded to a server?
- No. Turning images into a PDF also happens only in your browser.
- What about PNG files?
- This page is for JPG (JPEG). For PNG, use the “PNG → PDF” tool. A .jpeg extension is treated the same as JPG.
- Will the quality drop a lot?
- If the originals are clear, the PDF usually looks fine. Very large photos in bulk can make a heavy file — shrinking them a bit beforehand helps when size matters.
- My photos are mixed portrait and landscape. Is that okay?
- Yes. Each image is fitted to its page. If something is sideways, rotate it in your photos app before you upload for a cleaner result.
