Terms of Use

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the PDF tools provided by PDF Workshop (the "Service"), and the rights and obligations of users and the Service operator.

The Service provides document tools such as PDF compression, merging, splitting, and Word↔PDF conversion free of charge. The operator may add, change, or discontinue features as needed.

You must not upload files that infringe copyright or other third-party rights, or files containing unlawful content. You must not interfere with normal operation of the Service, including through automated bulk requests that place excessive load on it.

Uploaded files are used only to carry out the requested operation and are deleted automatically once processing completes or after a set period. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for formatting damage, data loss, or similar issues that may arise during conversion. Please always keep a separate copy of important documents.

The Service may be interrupted temporarily due to natural disasters, server failures, or other events beyond our control, and in such cases the operator may suspend the Service without prior notice.

These terms may change in line with relevant laws or operating policy. Any change will be announced within the Service.
